They are you confidant, your personal cheerleader and truth teller all in one. They are the rare jewel in your life that you treasure and know if you lost them you would feel incomplete. You may have been friends from the time you were five years old or you may have met them three years ago, either way their significance in you life is no less important. You are fully aware of their worth in your life, but are they aware of just how much they mean to you? Best friends know better than anybody else that it is not the cost of a gift that counts but the thought behind it. What is more sentimental than giving your best friend a photo book full of memories and personal stories shared between just the two of you? Whether it is your friend-aiversary or a just a simple thank you for being there for me gift, a photo book is the perfect present. You can include all of your goofy pictures, your sentimental soft moments as well the “ I can’t believe she just did that!” moments all in one photo book. You can link all of your pictures through captions telling the reader the significance of each moment or you can caption only a few pictures and let the story of your friendship be told through the pictures. Incorporating inspirational quotes and life lessons you have learned from each other as captions is another suggestion on how you can tell the story of your friendship. Why not include a “first moment” interview in your book as an introduction to your photo where you state your first opinions on your best friend. You can also include an exit interview that includes your favorite things about your best friend.
Now you might be thinking, a photo book is a great idea but how long would that take and how do I make one? My Picture Book is an online publishing company that offers their software as a free download from their website. You can download the software to your personal computer and work on the book whenever you get time. All you have to do is upload your pictures to the My Picture Book program on your computer and begin designing. My Picture Book offers their clients predesigned templates for their photo book pages. If you would prefer to create your own photo book templates, that is no problem, as you can create your own from scratch as well! The only hard part now is…. deciding which pictures to use for your photo book! Start digging up those pictures because once you create one photo book, you won’t be able to stop!
