We used Stone Masters and we will recommend Ozden to anyone who is using stone in their home. Ozden's prices are excellent. He has a wide selection of stones from which to select. He delivers the product on time and ensures that everything is exactly the way the customer wants it. This was one of few companies we could rave about during our renovation. You must consult Ozden before accepting any other business. Stone Masters is the standard for the industry!

Dan from Stone Masters was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He took the extra time to work with us to come up with a seam placement that allowed us to only purchase one granite slab. This literally saved us about $1,650.00. With the dedication and honesty he showed up front I was very comfortable working with him. I would like to also add that Stone Masters is one of the few stone fabricators listed on BBB (Better Business Bureau). I was happy that the team that did the measuring also did the installation. This gives me the assurance that my specific instructions (i.e. size of sink cut out) were followed. During installation his team took the time to keep any dust generated from final cutting to an absolute minimum by either making the final cuts outside or taking extra care to isolate the dust when cutting the hole for the tap. Now that our kitchen installation is complete, I will defiantly be seeing Dan in the future for our bathroom countertops.

From the very beginning stonemaster.ca was a joy to work with. Within minutes of submitting my specifications and dimensions online I have received a cost estimate that actually didn’t change. There were no hidden costs whatsoever, and this was very refreshing. Coming from a sales and marketing background I was thoroughly impressed with their communication skills and how easy they all made this process. Dan and Ti were very professional and personable. Not only was the process easy but it was fast as well. I had my new counters within 2 weeks. The counters themselves are superb and I couldn’t be happier. A truly phenomenal experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly be using them again for any future projects.

Dan and his team were great from beginning to finish. We chose Titanium granite for both counters and backsplash and it looks fantastic! Everything from the plumbing of the new sink to the reinstallation of the stove hood to the installation of the granite was done beautifully and on time. We undertook the renovation of our kitchen about 6 months ago. Everything was done but the budget was shot. After checking out the prices at Home Depot, and Ikea we were beginning to resign ourselves to the reality that we couldn't afford Granite Counters. Then we came accross Stone Masters. We could not be happier with the service that we received from Stone Masters. Dan was highly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions we asked regarding the selection and installation of our kitchen countertop. The entire process from the first day that we entered the store until after the installation could not have gone any smoother. Every aspect was executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with what Dan had initially explained to us. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a follow-up call from Dan ensuring our satisfaction immediately following the completion of the installation. Additionally, when we found ourselves in a position of requiring the assistance of a plumber to connect our new kitchen sink, Dan was able to provide us with a recommendation. The plumber arrived early the following morning (on a Sunday!!) and completed the job with no incident. If you are looking for industry experts and superior customer service, go to Stone Masters!!

I bought a counter-top and a top for an island from this company. The sales man was exteremly patient and respecful. I changed my mind about 5 times. Every time I called Dan with my new request he gave me his undivided attention and advice. My counter and island were installed on on a Friday. The next day I had an emergency and I needed help. I called the store at 5:55 pm and spoke with Dan. He said, "Don't worry my guys would be there shortly". His guys arrived and fixed the problem and promised to be back at 9:00 am on Sunday which they did. I was able to have my party as was planned. While the men were at my house Dan called and spoke with them and myself. This made me feel that no problem is too big for him to handle. He ensured that all issues were taken care of and I was happy.
Great coustomer service Dan. We need more of you in business today. Money is important but you made the connection between money and humanity.
Thank you for spending all that time with me. I love my new counter and island. I will never forget you.

Dan was prepared to help us as soon as we stepped in the store. He had some wood samples to match our cabinets; which helped us pick out the granite that best suited our kitchen. It looks amazing. Very professional from consultation to installation. Best price I found for the counter top, delivered quickly and a professionally installed once the slab arrived. Saved 850.00 dollars compared to the Home Depot countertop contractors. Stone Masters is a valuable resource and a great experience to do business with.
