Wasdell SMaRts On-Line Programs are designed to build cognitive fitness across language, memory, social cognition, higher order cognition (critical thinking, synthesis of thought, organizing & planning), neuromotor (vestibular & proprioceptive perception, handwriting and written expression), and temporal & sequential ordering (reasoning). The model Wasdell deploys is the same as one would deploy for physical fitness & sports-based personal training.These programs are integrated very carefully. As our student builds skill based on a sports model for building skill, more complexity is added. We stretch and strengthen using the same model to build underlying cognitive skills. Each student has their own individual schedule and program (cognitive-fitness-based aerobics) dependent on the results of testing that is completed yearly.Our objective is to develop each student to their full potential. We are all about ‘Building Human Potential’™ one student at a time.

Our SMaRts (brain-based Aerobics) programs are available over the internet. They are delivered with on-line coaching.
